I'm passionate about guiding struggling learners and working with students and families with diverse needs.  My main goal with students is to develop a positive learning environment in which they are motivated to contribute and are valued.  I address students' individual learning strengths and needs.  I help students develop and practice being autonomous and intrinsic learners through reflection and self-monitoring.
