Please join us for our 2024 Dynamic Teaching Conference at Harris County Department of Education, Houston, TX.  Our theme is “Dynamic Teaching: Prioritizing Well-Being to Boost Learning for ALL.”

There will be an estimated 250 in-person and 250 virtual attendees representing PreK-12 teachers and administrators from public and private schools, parents/guardians, and adult literacy educators from across East Texas who will eagerly show appreciation to companies and organizations that support our mission and goals. Your company/organization is invited to be an exhibitor/vendor at our conference.

 

We are excited to offer our vendors excellent exhibit times, a vendor listing on our website, and vendor donated prizes being given away in the main conference hall at the end of the conference 2:45-3:15.

 

Your exhibitor registration fee of $120.00 includes one 8' draped/skirted table, 2 chairs, and 1 booth identification sign.  Including continental breakfast and box lunch.  Costs for electricity, Wi-Fi and Internet connections are provided by Harris County Department of Education.  

 

The Exhibitor/Vendor Information and registration is available on our website conference page at https://www.dynamic-learners.org/  Submit full payment to guarantee your reservation.  If paying by check please make it payable to Dynamic Learners, mail to PO Box 3783, Lake Jackson, TX 77566.   To ensure a listing in the electronic program, your reservation must be received by January 3, 2024. 

 

 

The exhibitors move in is scheduled for Thursday, February 1, 2024,  7:00am-8:00am.

Tentative exhibit times are: 

Exhibit Hallway adjacent to the conference hall and breakout session rooms

7:45am-8:45am,10:15am-10:25am,11:20am-12:25pm, 1:25pm-1:35pm, 2:35pm-3:15pm
